PCA General Assembly: Win Free First Night Hotel Room OR 2 Free Steak Dinners

Written by Staff | Tuesday, February 17, 2009

Metokos Ministries, affiliated with Presbyterian Evangelistic Fellowship, is offering a drawing open to representatives attending the 37th PCA General Assembly in Orlandoo, Fla. – ruling and/or teaching elders – of smaller churches.

First prize is a free first-night room at the Clarion Hotel Main Gate, a three star property just 4 miles from the conference center where the GA is meeting. Second prize is dinner for two at the annual Metokos Ministries dinner to be held on June 16th.

Metokos Ministries conducts on-sight seminars that provide training and encouragement for smaller churches, including specialized areas like development of Vision Plans, training Pulpit Search Committees, etc. This year Metokos Ministries will again host a dinner for elders and their families from both former and prospective churches who are interested these ministries.

In order to enter the contest, send your name and information about your church (location, size, current needs, etc.) to the Director of Metokos Ministries, teaching elder Don K. Clements. Send the email to him at [email protected].

You will receive information about the work of Metokos Ministries by return email, and then automatically have your name entered in the drawing. The prizes will be drawn on April 15 and must be redeemed at this year’s General Assembly. (The drawing will take place at the Twin Lakes Conference at one of the public meetings.) Winners will be notified by email that evening.

Metokos Ministries defines ‘smaller’ as any size church that believes it is not yet large enough to provide all the ministries it desires.
