Pray for owners or managers to have wisdom, for good planning and success, for humility to see where they are failing in leadership and relationships. This is very much needed for all of us where we work. Let’s do the right thing and pray for management.
In Psalm 20, a group of people, either citizens or the army, were intent upon the king being successful as he went out to battle.
“May He grant you your heart’s desire and fulfill all your plans!…May the Lord fulfill all your petitions!”
(Psalm 20:4-5).
We can liken this to employees praying on behalf of management or owners of the business where we work.
If you have owners or management who are jerks, it may be very hard for you to pray for them.
