More Questions and Answers from the PCA AC About the 2010 Strategic Plan

Written by byFaith.com | Thursday, May 27, 2010

In a second installment, PCA Business Administrator John Robertson responds to questions about gifts versus assessments, and the funding of tasks that aren’t mandated in Scripture.

In an interview in byFaithonline, TE Robertson answers three additional questions about the AC Funding Plan portion of the Strategic Plan.

1) Don’t your previous references to 2 Cor and Phil refer to free-will offerings, not assessment?

2) How can it be right to require financial support for specific tasks that are not mandated by Scripture?

3) Why does the funding plan call for “fees” rather than simply requesting “gifts”?

Please use this link to the byFaith website to read the responses to these three questions: http://bit.ly/aIQRg6

For further detailed answers from the Administrative Committee on the Strategic Plan, they have posted a separate list of Questions and Answers – use this link to read those responses: http://bit.ly/diSmeI
