Justice, Mercy & Truth: 50 Days of Prayer for the PCA

Written by Staff | Tuesday, February 3, 2009

Each year Christian Education and Publications (CEP) and Mission to North America (MNA) call the Presbyterian Church in America to 50 Days of Prayer for our General Assembly.

This year, Mike Ross, pastor of ChristCovenantChurch in Matthews, North Carolina, will explore the great themes and lessons found in the prophets and so relevant to ministry in the 21st century: Justice, Mercy, Truth, Hope, Humility, Holiness, Revival and love for one’s nation.

Contributions from Randy Nabors, George Grant, Al Baker, Mike Milton and others will enhance our understanding of these themes. Prayer requests from the PCA agencies and committees will also be included, so that all may join in prayer for the entire PCA. The devotional will begin on the National Day of Prayer (May 1) and end on June 19, the last day of the 37th General Assembly.

Visit www.pca-mna.org for more information. Orders can be placed by calling CEP at 1-800-283-1357, going to www.cepbookstore.com, or e-mailing [email protected]. Orders will be taken only until April 3, 2009; booklets will not be available for purchase unless ordered by that date.
