So how do you love others in the workplace?

Some believe interpersonal relationships are the biggest problem employees face every day.

Dominating personalities, control freaks, perfectionists, boss’s pets, lazy do nothings, the unreasonable, the ungrateful, the indifferent, the know-it-alls, the unfriendly, the drama queens and kings, maybe you can add to the list.

As Christians, we have ethics that can’t be compromised in our work life and we are called to love others. This sometimes makes our relationships uncomfortable.

So how can you change others?

You can’t.

Only God can change someone.
