Black and White: Satan’s Great Coup de Grâce
The spiritual reality is that the problems between the two races are based on lies or—even more dangerously—half truths.
The “father of lies” doesn’t have the last word if we pursue historical truths and current facts buttressed by our Lord’s overriding principle and commandment. Spiritual realities supported by historical realities clearly inform us as to the lies being promoted to divide us. God’s divine revelation is the answer to unite us in truth and... Continue Reading
Social Justice
But social justice is not justice. It is injustice.
What is particularly alarming is the number of evangelicals who jabber about social justice. Most often these people fit into two categories. Some are using the phrase without understanding what it really means. Others believe that they can redefine the term in ways that allow them to keep using it. But why use it at... Continue Reading
Systemic Pride Is the Problem
The older definition of racism blames others for something beyond their control, like skin color, and therefore not their fault, the new understanding of racism is actually racist!
The Marxists advocate Pride and don’t believe in loving their neighbors but in destroying their enemies. They insist that without justice, there will be no peace, but they forget that there will be no justice without love. Without love we have nothing but the systemic pride which rules the world with the spirit of “might... Continue Reading
A Brief History of the PCW (Presbyterian Church of the World)
The Presbyterian Church of the World (PCW) dates from the early 2000s when the PCA took steps toward maintaining the authority of Scripture while avoiding a rigid and archaic concept of inerrancy.
On this, our first anniversary, many blessings have flowed from the actions of the early pioneers in our predecessor denominations, particularly the PCA. Looking back over that time, particularly in light of the six years of the Biden administration and nine years (and counting) of the Harris administration, the willingness of evangelicals to turn away... We Are Pro-Life Evangelicals For Biden
Prominent evangelical leaders have just released a statement urging pro-life evangelicals to vote for Joe Biden.
Third, not just abortion but poverty, lack of health coverage, racism and climate change are also pro-life issues. The statement notes that the official public policy document of the National Association of Evangelicals (For the Health of the Nation) says: “Faithful evangelical civic engagement and witness must have a biblically balanced agenda”. Therefore the new... Continue Reading
Critical Race Theory and New Racism: Abandon Hope All Ye Who Enter Here
New Racism is the white “systems and structures,” in contrast with the Old Racism of prejudice and discrimination based on immutable physical characteristics.
Critical Race Theory is a worldview that interprets everything through the lens of social and political power dynamics. It is an all-encompassing vision that views all cultural, political, and social institutions as oppressive and requires explicit and continuous anti-racism “work” to mete out its vision for a liberated humanity. It is a race-focused ideology which... Continue Reading
Why I Am Voting for President Trump – Again!
When I vote for Donald Trump, I am voting for a worldview that has providentially attached itself to him.
Trump reminds me of Darius in the Bible who was a pagan king, but who was sympathetic to the movement of the Jews going back to the Promised Land. Sometimes, God surprises us and uses a crooked stick to draw a straight line. This is one way God answers prayers. I will be voting... Continue Reading
A Lament for Blasphemy
Instead of focusing solely on the person of Christ, however, “O Sacred Neck” weaves in images of George Floyd, together with calls to “break down prison doors.”
The result is blasphemy on a grand scale. Note that blasphemy is the specific, not emotional, charge of insulting God. “O Sacred Neck” insults the Lord by depicting Jesus as a drug-abusing George Floyd, and it does so on a large scale by inviting many singers to join in such worship. The Porter’s Gate... Continue Reading
Pushing Back Against The Madness
The so-called anti-racism or critical race theory is the new religion of human resources offices, has captured the minds of the academy and has come into the church.
Professor Eberhardt impugns the integrity of every American (and every agency employee) of any ethnicity or creed, because she claims we’re all unconsciously racist. This is beyond the pale. I look forward to future recommendations on the important issue of race relations. I can only hope they do not follow the same theme of “if... Continue Reading
Christians And Those In Authority
We must carefully seek God’s wisdom in every matter before we open our mouth.
The wise man trusts in the Lord, not in human leaders whose plans are finite and often futile. Even those leaders who trust in God and seek to follow Him are fallible and can lead you astray. Yet God tells us that our human leaders have authority from Him. Godly leaders will probably at least... Continue Reading
