Queer Culture in the PCA?
Note the inclusive language on the website-“gay, lesbian, LGBT Christians.” My friends, must I state the obvious? Practicing homosexuals are no more Christians than are practicing fornicators, adulterers, drunkards, swindlers, or thieves (1 Cor.6:9, 10). There is no such thing as LGBT, gay, lesbian Christians. There is no such thing as a Christian drug dealer, a Christian stripper, a Christian thief, a Christian liar. Paul clearly states that all such people will not inherit the kingdom of God. There has never been a time in the orthodox Christian church where homosexuals have been considered Christians.

Iain D Campbell Accused By His Wife Of Having Affairs With Seven Church Members, Hanged Himself
The Free Church of Scotland, often referred to as the ‘Wee Frees’, is investigating while the accused women are understood to be instructing lawyers to help declare their innocence. Dr Campbell was a leading light in the church – which has strict teachings on the sanctity of marriage and ethics of suicide – in Stornoway.

Spurgeon’s, “Of Two Evils, Choose Neither,” Doesn’t Help Us With Trump
Imagine our two families are miles from land in a sinking boat. Suddenly, out of the mist, come two boats to save us. One is captained by an adulterer; the other is captained by a thief. Which boat will you get into? You say, “Neither one. I’m waiting for the evangelical boat which is captained by a devout Christian who will end abortion.” I say, “You’re kidding, right?” You reply, “Both these guys are reprobates and I’m not going to choose between two evils.”

Grateful and Grieved: My Goodbye to the PCA
Westminster is a biblical, robust, and clear confession of the Reformed faith. Sadly, I fear that the PCA’s toleration of diverse practices which are not necessarily Reformed has now degenerated into a toleration of diverse doctrines which are in no way Reformed. The Federal Vision (FV) controversy has served to directly test the PCA’s confessional fidelity. Is the PCA confessional in a meaningful way – or not?

5 Reasons It Might Be Time to Leave the Presbyterian Church in America
In order to safeguard the integrity of our congregation and maintain the kind of true biblical accountability and connectionalism prescribed in the New Testament, the session of Providence Presbyterian Church has decided to prayerfully begin the process of investigating other denominations to determine if we should affiliate with them. The session believes that this search should be conducted without haste and with due diligence and care.

Ten Reasons Why “Same-Sex Marriage” Affects Your Marriage
Redefining marriage to include people of the same sex is a legal endorsement of the fungibility of a man and woman in marriage. To set “any two persons” on a par with a man and a woman in marriage is to reduce the worth of their roles. To draw an analogy, if a government declared the price of coal to be equivalent with the price of gold, would the cost of coal go up, or would the cost of gold come down?

Let the world know the victims – not the shooter.”

You Will Hear (Reformed) Missional Crickets … Future of ‘Missional’ Movement
So I’m beginning to wonder if it’s “a wrap” on this whole “missional” movement splash, especially in terms of church planting? I can definitely see the wind being taken out of the sails for some. I’ve been particularly curious about crickets I hear when bringing up a few issues among missional Christians.

“God Hates Fags!” Is It Free Speech? – An Interview with Margie Phelps
The case arose after members of the anti-gay Westboro Baptist Church picketed the Maryland funeral of Marine Lance Cpl. Matthew Snyder, who was killed in combat in Iraq on March 3, 2006. As part of their protests, church members held up signs during Snyder’s funeral which stated, among other things, “God Hates the USA/Thank God for 9/11,” “Fag Troops,” “Priests Rape Boys,” and “Thank God for Dead Soldiers.”
Two home school moms, both members of St Peter Presbyterian Church, were killed in an auto accident caused by a powerful storm this past Wednesday night, December 2. The accident happened when a massive tree fell and crashed on a rural highway in southwest Virginia near the town of Mendota, located about a half-hour’s drive north of Bristol, Va.
