The Invasion of Muslims – A Time for Alarm

Muslims are immigrating into the United States in large numbers, with nearly 5 million Muslims living in America today.

Written by Larry Ball | Friday, November 21, 2025

There are nearly 3,000 mosques in America; Texas alone has several hundred. It is obvious that Islam is growing in influence in America. From the mayor of New York City to numerous mayors in other cities including Minneapolis (MN), Dearborn (MI), College Park (MD), Bell (CA), and 7 other cities in New Jersey; their influence is growing exponentially.

In a recent The Aquila Report post, Islam’s Growth in the West – The Christian response should be urgency, not alarm, the writers lull the reader into sleep while the enemy sows his seed (Mt. 13:25).  Muslims are immigrating into the United States in large numbers. There are nearly 5 million Muslims who live in America today.  I call this an invasion, not immigration. I say this because we need to view Islam from the perspective of three different time periods – past, present, and future.

First, in regard to the past. Christians and Muslims have never lived long together within the same national boundaries without war, or at minimum without one group subduing the other as slaves.  Islam and Christianity have been mortal enemies in the past and we should not expect anything different today.  To promote the idea that Muslims and Christians can long live together in peace under a common flag is to ignore history.  It is humanism, pure and simple.

In 732 AD the Muslims were advancing westward militarily seeking to extend their kingdom even as far as Gaul (France).  God raised up Charles Martel (the Hammer) to stop the Muslims at the Battle of Tours.  This saved modern day Europe from Muslim dominance.  About 13,000 men died in that battle. It was a high turning- point for Christianity in the West.

In 1095,in the early 2nd millennia AD, the Church launched the Crusades to remove Muslims from Palestine, especially Jerusalem.  Death estimates vary widely from 1 to 3 million people. Later in 1453, Constantinople fell to the Ottoman Turks (Muslims) resulting in the deaths of tens of thousands of people.

During World War I the Ottoman Turks, beginning in 1915, committed genocide against the Armenians killing or enslaving over a million people.  The Armenians were predominately Christian.  The American theologian, Rousas Rushdoony, fled Armenia to California with his family to escape this genocide.

On September 11, 2001 (“9/11”), Muslims backed by Muslim money attacked the World Trade Center in Manhattan.  They also attacked the Pentagon and were targeting either the White House or the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. Close to three thousand people were murdered.  Many live today with the horror of that attack.

It is dangerous to examine the present by ignoring the past.  It is Darwinian, evolutionary history (the world is always improving) that thinks that we can exempt ourselves from the same hatred that has characterized the past.  America has become dechristianized, but there are enough of us Christians left to understand the animosity that underlies the two religions.

Secondly, in regard to the present. There are nearly 3,000 mosques in America; Texas alone has several hundred. It is obvious that Islam is growing in influence in America. From the mayor of New York City to numerous mayors in other cities including Minneapolis (MN), Dearborn (MI), College Park (MD), Bell (CA), and 7 other cities in New Jersey, their influence is growing exponentially.  They already hold seats in the United States Congress with members such as Tlaib, Omar, Carson, and Simon.

While many American women are killing their babies in the womb, Muslim women are reproducing nearly 4 times the rate of American women. Muslim women tend to stay at home and raise their children while American women feel compelled to compete with men in the marketplace.

Presently, there exists a peaceful co-existence between Muslims and heritage Americans.  Muslims come to the United States to grab some of the wealth that exists in this nation.  Americans are yet a little puzzled by them, and are told that freedom of religion guarantees their rights to live and worship here as anyone else.

Most Muslims in the workplace are indistinguishable from the average American laborer or professional.  They aren’t normally or publicly throwing their prayer rugs on the floor to pray toward Mecca five times a day.  They blend in.  They are often very nice people who are cordial and pleasant.  Many of them are nominal Muslims who still go to the mosque regularly to find kinship with those with a similar background.

The real danger in the Islamic community is not the man in the pew (or on the carpet), but the Iman or Sheikh standing up front teaching them how to live by the Koran.  In times of prosperity, they will ignore the man up front, but if times get hard, they will adopt the commands of Allah.

They will hear texts like Surah 9:29 which says: “Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day, who do not forbid what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden, and who do not acknowledge the religion of truth, until they pay the jizyah (tax) with willing submission and feel themselves subdued.”  Or, Surah 8:39 which says “And fight them until there are no more fitnah (unbelief) and the religion, all of it, is for Allah.”

Thirdly, in regard to the future. Americans must begin to think long-term.  Dispensationalism and Amillennialism in the church, and short-term materialism in non-Christian circles, have caused us to think only in terms of our own lifetime.  Sad to say, not only is the past dead, but the future is dead too.  Only covenantalism, which looks long term “to a thousand generations” can stand against Islam.  I’m not personally concerned about my own future here on earth, considering my age, but I am concerned about my grandchildren and my great-grandchildren.  I fight today that they may live in peace tomorrow.

Thus, my concern with the invasion of Muslims is not for me, but for those who will follow after me.  It may sound strange, but as a father, I care about what happens to my descendants after I am dead and gone.  There is more to living than pursuing heaven. There is the love of future generations.  To ignore this is nothing but a death-wish for our children and our children’s children.

There are other items to consider.  Americans are full of guilt (Neo-Marxism).  They are easily manipulated.  We atone for our guilt by unbiblical pity and mercy.  We are vulnerable and the Muslims know this.  They will use our guilt and pity, to con us into thinking that we are evil and they are good. Do you feel bad for your Muslim neighbor (or Hindu neighbor)?  Yes, you do.  Afterall, they are a minority.  All minorities deserve our pity (and our wealth). This is part of the present game in America. Yes, we are to love our enemies, but that does not mean we are to give them our abode and make our children homeless.

Secondly, considering that America has legalized murder (abortion) and sodomy (homosexuality), God may be judging our nation.  Evangelize, but recognize that history shows us that the hope for Muslim conversions is only marginal.  And I say this as a post-millennialist. Don’t expect conversions of the Muslims.  Best to despair because of the death of Christianity in America. Start praying!

Thirdly, the modern church is busy with navel-gazing.  We preach to the heart so much that we cannot deal with what is going on in the public square outside the church.  Charlie Kirk was an exception to that.  The fire rages just outside the front door and we are inside trying to decide what color to paint the kitchen. We don’t need more preachers.  We need more Christian lawyers, accountants, politicians, etc.

Lastly, what Muslims failed to do with swords and bombs, they will do without a whimper or a sigh. They will do it with an airline ticket and a U-Haul. They will walk in unnoticed.  They are taught to grow the Muslim Kingdom on this earth. Most Christians believe that they must die and can only see the Kingdom in another world.  They say the Kingdom is spiritual, not material.  Apart from God’s mercy, Muslims will slowly occupy our land in years to come (after you and I are dead and gone). Contrary to the article in TAR, we must not only see the urgency of the problem, but also, we must be alarmed, and warn our people (and future generations) of the ominous signs that are right before our very eyes.
