They spend money on bells and whistles that look cool and tech savvy, but get no returns. They spend money because they have always done it that way, or because their competition advertises that way. It’s all stupid.
She was in her 90’s and still actively engaged in real estate with her daughter.
Anyone in their 90’s, having successful years in sales, well, I thought, she deserved to be listened to.
Here’s the advice I remember that she gave: “Spend money on those things that are necessary to grow your business.”
Maybe you think that is common sense, but I see people everyday spending money that has no return for their business.
They spend money on a new gimmick, something that hasn’t been tested.
