It was with deep sadness that on Thursday, September 24, 2009 I came to the decision that I must resign as Senior Organist of Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church. It was with a very heavy heart that I made this decision, and I know it was the same for John Wilson when he resigned as Director of Music Ministries.

On Sunday, September 20, 2009 a congregational meeting was held to vote on the removal of Tullian Tchvidjian as Senior Pastor. Following the vote in his favor (69%-31%), I was of the mind that it was time to move forward with a desire for reconciliation and unity. However it quickly became clear that the rhetoric did not match the true intentions and that the leadership was not of the same mind. Read more here.
