RTS/Washington D.C. and McLean Presbyterian Church have partnered to launch The Capital Fellows Program. The program is designed to equip men and women who have just completed their undergraduate degree to live as Christians in the marketplace and to grow into the next generation of lay leaders in the church. The program includes a 3-day/week workplace internship, carefully-selected RTS class work, mentoring, service in the church and community and living with a host family from the church.
