Meet the Speaker

Geri Scazzero, New Life Fellowship Church, Queens, New York

Author of I Quit: Stop Pretending Everything Is Fine and Change Your Life
For her first nine years as a senior pastor’s spouse, Geri Scazzero felt like she was in the back of a runaway bus going down a steep, winding mountain road at 65 mph. Although she could not admit it to God, or herself, she was unhappy, depressed, exhausted, and angry.

Yet something was going on inside of her. Outwardly she kept up a very good pretense of being “superwoman.” But inside, she felt as though her life was out of her control, and had no idea how to slow things down.

Finally, the crash came and Geri said, “NO MORE.” What happened next launched Geri and her husband, Pete, on a journey that would lead them to the marriage and family they had always dreamed of and to a ministry that truly flowed out of the quality of their marriage.

Join us at Glen Eyrie Conference Center, Colorado Springs, Colorado on October 27-30, 2011 to hear the outcome of the story. Plan to join 150 ministry wives of all ages who resonate with similar demands and opportunities that exist in this unique call on their lives.
