PCA Retirement Hires New Plan Record Keeper

Written by Staff | Wednesday, September 30, 2009

PCA Retirement & Benefits, Inc. (RBI), the retirement agency of the Presbyterian Church in America, has hired a new retirement plan record keeper, Northwest Plan Services (NWPS).

Due to this vendor change, certain addresses and account login procedures will change. Further information about this change will be communicated over the next few months through web updates, email and the U.S. postal service.

Effective immediately, all PCA Retirement Plan contributions and loan payments (those made by check) must be mailed to the new retirement plan recordkeeping offices in Seattle, Washington. Contributions should no longer be mailed to Spartanburg, South Carolina or Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; mail sent to these locations for processing will be forwarded to Seattle, which will cause delays.

RBI apologized for announcing this vendor change so soon after the address change announced three months ago. It stated that it believed this vendor change to be in the best interest of plan participants.

RBI asks that retirement plan checks be made payable to “PCA Retirement Plan” and mailed to:
