Paul Hahn Nominated as Next Coordinator of the PCA’s Mission to North America

At its recent meeting, the Mission to North America (MNA) Committee voted to recommend the Rev. Paul Hahn to serve as the next MNA Coordinator.

His nomination will come before the 2016 General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), which has to formally elect him to this position.  Hahn is presently serving as pastor for church planting and renewal for Tennessee Valley Presbytery. He will replace the present MNA Coordinator, the Rev. Jim Bland, who will retire in June.

 

At its recent meeting, the Mission to North America (MNA) Committee voted to recommend the Rev. Paul Hahn to serve as the next MNA Coordinator. His nomination will come before the 2016 General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), which has to formally elect him to this position.

Hahn is presently serving as pastor for church planting and renewal for Tennessee Valley Presbytery. He will replace the present MNA Coordinator, the Rev. Jim Bland, who will retire in June.

Hahn is a graduate of Yale University and of Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson. He served as a campus minister with Reformed University Ministries at Auburn from 1990-1994.  He was in Austin, Texas from 1994-2003 where he planted and pastored Redeemer Presbyterian Church. While there he was one of the founders of the Southwest Church Planting Network. From 2003-2015, he planted and pastored Redeemer Church of Knoxville.

Paul Hahn is married to Fran, and they have four adult children.
