Jeanne Patterson Called Home to Glory

Jeanne Taber Patterson, 86, widow of Donald Patterson, passed away on Monday, November 2 in Ridgeland, Miss.

Jeanne and Don Patterson were married in 1947 in Hackensack, N.J. They had children: Elizabeth, James, and Shirley. Don entered glory on December 25, 1998.

Her daughter-in-law, Mary AlicePatterson stated: “Mama Jeanne peacefully entered the presence of her Lord after having suffered a major stroke in early October. We all wondered what the future would be for her. In the Lord’s grace and mercy He chose to call her Home in His perfect time.

“Although Jim and his sisters, Mama Jeanne’s brother, Donald Taber, and her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and in-laws will miss her greatly, we all offer our highest praise and worship to the One who sits on the Throne and for all He has done in and through Mama Jeanne and for all He has done for us.”
