Greenville Legal Team to Represent ARP Synod in Lawsuit

Written by Don K. Clements | Monday, March 22, 2010

The ARP Synod has selected two attorneys from the Greenville office of Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice, PLLC to defend the lawsuit brought by two current Erskine Trustees, along with the President of the Alumni Association and the Association itself.

The ARP Legal Team from the Greenville, SC office includes:

Keith Munson. Munson is a trial lawyer with over 20 years experience representing major corporations and governmental entities in complex litigation in the areas of product liability defense, mass tort defense, class action litigation, director and officer liability, and civil/securities fraud. His experience in the D&O field, coupled with his extensive courtroom experience will be called upon in the Erskine case.

Teaming with Munson will be Sandi Wilson. Sandi represents companies in all aspects of the employment relationship. In addition to advising employers on daily compliance issues, Sandi has represented companies before all state and federal courts in South Carolina. Her representation includes advocacy in claims of sexual and racial harassment, age and disability discrimination, unlawful retaliation, wage-payment violations, allegations of breach of contract, and other employment related issues
