Evangelical Presbyterian Missionary Homecoming 2010

Written by Staff | Monday, November 23, 2009

Rev. Don and Pam Kearby have been selected as “Ground Coordinators” for the June 2010 “Rocky Mountain Missionary Homecoming” preceding and overlapping by one day the EPC General Assembly meeting in Colorado.

The Kearby’s are in the application process to become EPC World Outreach missionaries with Don serving as “Missions Advancement Associate” in the Western U.S. representing and recruiting for the EPC’s World Outreach.

In their role of “Homecoming Ground Coordinators” the Kearby’s will serve under the direction of World Outreach Director George Carey to engage and connect local volunteers from the Denver area churches to the EPC missionary community’s week of relaxation and rest at beautiful Keystone Resort about one hour West of Denver near Dillon.

The Kearby’s have returned to their Denver home area following 13 years of active missionary ministry with OC International in Nairobi, Kenya. They are applicants before the World Outreach personnel committee in December and are scheduled to begin their new ministry January 1st.

Plans are being made on the ground in Denver to secure volunteers from the Denver area churches to perform an assortment of ministries during the week of June 16-22 with special guest speakers and music ministries each day and night at the resort area.
