If a picture is worth a thousand words, what is the value of a real time video of a Tsunami’s impact? Below you will find one of the most vivid video’s of what happened in real time during the Tsunami’s rush.
The video was taken from a cornerr of Kesennuma, in Miyagi Prefecture. Had someone been in just about any other city/town along the east coast of Japan last Friday with a camera and with the assurance of higher ground available to him so he could shoot the video, you could have replicated this 100 times, 500 times over.
Before watching the video, we recommend you get a picture in your mind of where it is.
Here is a link to the location on a map: http://bit.ly/faLcd6 Notice that this is far north of the area where the MTW teams are working; broaden the scale of this map and look for Sendai and Iwaki. That is the area in which CRASH is working. The Aquila Report is working on a map even as we speak to identify all of the places you are reading about where our people are working and should have it posted later today.

Now, watch the video. (You will forever have a picture of what ‘higher ground’ means.): http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/video/video.php?v=1605260179420&comments
