The Pensacola Theological Institute (PTI) was an annual event of the McIlwain Presbyterian Church in Pensacola, Fla., from 1955-2001. PTI was the idea of McIlwain’s pastor at the time, Donald Graham. The list of past PTI speakers was a “who’s who” of 20th century theologians, pastors and teachers, such as D. Marin Lloyd-Jones, J.I. Packer, D. James Kennedy and R.C. Sproul.
Now after a 15 year hiatus, the new Pensacola Theological Institute will be inaugurated and held June 24-26, 2016 at McIlwain. The theme will be Developing Gospel Courage in a Declining Culture.

McIlwain is just minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the schedule provides ample time between sessions to enjoy the beaches, the Naval Aviation Museum, shopping and the many other Pensacola attractions.
The new PTI has been reformatted for a weekend setting, but will include some of the traditions of the original PTI. For example, the Saturday evening fish fry will be held, with fresh local fish and hush puppies.
