This year’s Great Expectations National Children’s Ministry Conference will be held January 12-14, 2010 at SimpsonwoodConferenceCenter, a secluded retreat center in the Atlanta area, and an ideal setting for connecting and networking with others involved in children’s ministries.
The conference is sponsored by Christian Education and Publication of the Presbyterian Church in America.
Joe Novenson, Senior Pastor of Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church, and Stephanie Hubach, author and director of Special Needs Ministries for Mission to North America (MNA), will be the keynote speakers for the 2010 Children’s Conference.
Workshop presenters include Mark Lowrey, Allen Curry, Sue Jakes, Dan Boulton, Stephanie Hubach and many others! Over 30 different workshops covering a variety of topics, including: early childhood, ministerial foundations, leadership principles, and more.
Great Expectations is an excellent opportunity for children’s ministry workers, leaders and volunteers to develop or refocus their vision for the ministry, speak and hear from specialists in their area, and connect and be encouraged by what the Lord is doing in children’s ministries around the country!
Great Expectations – believing that He “is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think” (Ephesians 3:20).
