The Youthworker Oasis exists “to provide a context for EPC youth workers (full-time, part-time, paid & volunteer) to come together in order to step off the front lines of ministry for a time of finding refreshment for their souls, reconnecting with family, sharpening their edges, gaining new life & ministry perspective, finding recreation and, of course, drawing closer to Christ.”
And what makes this Oasis unique is this: It’s exclusively for those who are serving in “the EPC tribe.” It’s a great chance to build tradition, camaraderie and long-term relationships and partnerships across the denomination. Afterwards, you’ll be fit and energized to zoom back up that on-ramp, ready for the next leg of the ministry journey.
Oasis could be the EPC’s best kept secret. Every year the feedback received from the participants attending this event is outstanding. Spouses are encouraged to attend, but leave your youth group at home.
